Ready to offer your clients and class participants high quality, effective, age-relevant ab exercises? Minimize crunches; maximize core engagement with the range of examples shown in this practical webinar. Do older exercisers really need more forward rounding and high reps for the rectus abdominis? Instead, offer ab workout content that prioritizes function, good posture, and compression rather than power.

This webinar shares moves that align with the anatomical structure and function of the ab muscles. Learn a slew of practical exercises to use with groups or individual clients.
