Dr. Kelly will guide you through the amazing maze of so-called facts on nutritional and physical therapies for bone health. Controversies exist on vibration tables actually helping bone, or how much protein is good, or what type of protein is good? There is a shift in society in trying to gravitate toward the positive more than avoiding the negative, which is good. Even the nation’s leading organization changed from the National Osteoporosis Foundation to the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation. Time to bone up on bones!
