From one extreme to the other. It seems this is the only consistent feature of the fitness industry. Once an idea falls out of favor, we often react with an equally extreme and misguided approach. And the public just gets more confused, frustrated, and closer to giving up on fitness and health.

Explore various hot-button issues such as time-restricted eating, continuous glucose monitoring (and other tech), early-riser dogma, barefoot running, crunches, high-intensity interval training, stretching before a workout and more!
